슬립골알람(io.github.wasdseok.sleepgoalalarm)은 Wear OS 워치의 수면 상태 판정값으로 실제 수면으로 분류된 시간을 합산하고, 사용자가 선택한 목표에 도달하면 알람을 울리는 앱입니다. 계정을 만들 필요가 없으며 개발자가 운영하는 서버로 수면 기록을 업로드하지 않습니다.
수면 추적 중 워치 앱은 Wear OS Health Services가 제공하는 실시간 수면/기상 분류를 처리합니다. 워치에는 현재 또는 최근 세션과 현지 날짜 기준 최대 31일의 일별 수면 합계를 저장합니다. 원본 수면/기상 이벤트와 개별 수면 구간은 저장하지 않습니다. 휴대폰에는 연결된 워치에서 받은 최근 7일의 일별 합계를 저장합니다.
Wear OS Data Layer를 통해 페어링된 기기 사이에서 목표 수면시간, 추적/알람 상태, 최근 7일의 일별 수면 합계, 스냅샷 시각과 시간대, 설정 적용 결과, 세션 번호, 기술적 카운터와 앱이 임의 생성한 설치/요청 식별자를 전송합니다. 이 값은 설정 적용, 상태 및 합계 표시와 중복 요청 방지에만 사용합니다. 원본 수면/기상 이벤트나 개별 수면 구간은 전송하지 않습니다.
Google Mobile Ads와 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)은 Android 휴대폰 앱에만 포함됩니다. 워치 앱에는 광고 또는 광고 SDK가 없습니다. 동의 상태, 지역 및 기기 설정에 따라 Google과 파트너는 광고 제공과 측정, 부정행위 방지 및 서비스 보호를 위해 광고/기기 식별자, IP 주소(IP 기반의 대략적 위치 포함), 앱 상호작용, 진단 정보, 광고 성능 정보와 동의 선택을 처리할 수 있습니다. 수면 합계와 워치 동기화 값은 광고 요청에 포함하지 않으며 수면·건강 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다.

워치의 활동 인식 권한은 수면/기상 상태 판정에 사용합니다. 알림, 정확한 알람, 전체 화면 알람, 진동, wake lock 및 foreground service 접근은 사용자가 시작한 수면 목표 알람을 전달하는 데 사용합니다. 권한을 거부하거나 철회하면 관련 기능이 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.
워치의 일별 합계는 최대 31일 후 만료되고 휴대폰은 최신 최근 7일 스냅샷을 새 값으로 대체할 때까지 보관합니다. 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거 시 해당 기기의 로컬 기록이 삭제됩니다. Data Layer 사본은 Google Play services와 페어링된 기기의 데이터 관리 방식에 따라 새 값으로 덮어쓰거나 삭제됩니다. 광고 및 동의 데이터에는 Google의 보관 정책과 사용자의 선택이 적용됩니다. 필요한 지역에서는 휴대폰 앱의 개인정보 선택 화면에서 광고 동의를 확인하거나 변경할 수 있습니다.
앱은 Android/Wear OS 앱 저장공간과 페어링된 기기의 Data Layer를 사용합니다. 어떤 저장 또는 전송 방식도 완전한 안전성을 보장할 수 없습니다. 이 앱은 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았습니다.

Sleep Goal Alarm (io.github.wasdseok.sleepgoalalarm) counts time classified as asleep by a Wear OS watch and rings when the user-selected goal is reached. No account is required, and sleep history is not uploaded to a developer-operated server.
During tracking, the watch processes real-time sleep/awake classifications supplied by Wear OS Health Services. It stores the current or recent session and daily sleep totals for up to 31 local calendar days. Raw sleep/awake events and individual sleep intervals are not retained. The phone stores the recent seven-day daily totals received from the paired watch.
Wear OS Data Layer transfers the sleep goal, tracking/alarm state, recent seven-day daily totals, snapshot time and time zone, setting result, session number, technical counters, and random app-generated installation/request identifiers between paired devices. These values are used only to apply settings, display status and totals, and prevent duplicate requests. Raw sleep/awake events and individual intervals are not transferred.
Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) are included only in the Android phone app. The watch app has no ads or advertising SDK. Depending on consent, region, and device settings, Google and its partners may process advertising/device identifiers, IP address (including IP-derived approximate location), app interactions, diagnostics, ad performance information, and consent choices to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud, and protect services. Sleep totals and watch synchronization values are not included in ad requests, and sleep or health information is not sold.

Activity Recognition on the watch is used for sleep/awake classification. Notification, exact alarm, full-screen alarm, vibration, wake lock, and foreground-service access are used to deliver the user-started sleep-goal alarm. Related features may not work if permission is denied or revoked.
Watch daily totals expire after up to 31 days. The phone keeps the latest recent-seven-day snapshot until replaced. Clearing app data or uninstalling deletes local records on that device. Data Layer copies are overwritten or removed according to Google Play services and paired-device data management. Google policies and user choices govern advertising and consent data. Where required, users can review advertising consent through Privacy choices in the phone app.
The app uses Android/Wear OS app storage and the paired-device Data Layer. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security. The app is not designed for children.
